An oil on canvas painting depicting a New York winter cityscape signed lower right: Guy Wiggins, N.A. Circa: 1940s. Framed. Guy Carleton Wiggins, 1883 to 1962, was an American impressionist painter. He was the president of the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, and a member of the Old Lyme Art Colony.
