A World War II Nazi German Third Reich NSDAP Luftwaffe Ground Assault badge. The badge is an oval wreath of oak leaves, in the upper part of which, against the background of a thundercloud, there is a Luftwaffe eagle, spreading its wings and holding a swastika in its paws. A stylized lightning strikes from the cloud, reaching the bottom of the sign, where it strikes the ground.
