An antique Portuguese catholic portable soldier pocket shrine made of silver showing Anthony of Padua, the saint who is depicted in statues or images holding the Child Jesus. In depictions of this interaction, the Child Jesus is seen caressing St Anthonys face, full of love for the holy Franciscan. Shaped like a bullet cartridge and might have been carried by a soldier during the First World War. Circa the late 1910s. Total weight: 45 g.
