1945 DOCUMENT AWARDING PILOT THE TITLE HERO OF THE USSR
Rare, highly collectible lot: a document of four pages from the file of Anatoly Dmitriyevich Yonov (Lieutenant Colonel of the Soviet Army, participant of the Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union, the Air Force pilot, 1917-1994). This is the Award List confirming to award Yonov with the title of the Hero of the U.S.S.R., fully describing his heroic deeds. Signed, stamped, and dated, 1945, on verso.
