Victorian 18K gold locket with blue guilloche enamel
Victorian locket (from the second half of the 19th century), made of 18K yellow gold (acid tested), adorned with Champlevé enamel in an intricate pattern in royal blue on both sides. Its inner part is decorated with a hand-painted enamel on copper, featuring the famous painting by Raphael: 'Madonna della seggiola' - 'The Madonna of the Chair.' It has an additional loop for hanging, made of 14K gold (acid tested). Light wear according to age (see local enamel chips).
Dimensions (excluding the additional loop): approximately 3.7x2.3 cm.
