Fine French fan attributed to followers of the Vernis Martin brothers (Guillaume, Etienne-Simon, Robert and Julien) made in Chinese or oriental lacquer with delicate painting of court scenes.
It presents slight touches after the passage of time and minimal damage to the ribbon that joins its rods, without affecting the artistic beauty of the whole of this piece.
