Manuscript Grace after Meal and seven wedding blessings, 19th century Germany
"Birkat HaMazon L'Nisuin." Nice manuscript of the seven wedding blessings [Sheva Berachot].
Opens with the verses customarily recited before the seven blessings in the Ashkenazic communities ["Devay Hoser V'Gam Charon..."]. Followed by instructions for the Grace after Meals, without the blessing. Concludes with the words, "after Grace after Meals these seven blessings are recited," with the full text of the seven blessings.
The manuscript was originally bound like a book with a nice, very wide leather binding, made especially for a rabbi who may have had to face improperly dressed women, and according to halacha, needed to block his view.
[1] leaf with text on both sides, bound in a leather-covered, cardboard binding with nice gilt decorations.
