Tens of novellae and pilpulim written in the wide margins of Seder Moed of the Talmud Yerushalmi.
The title page bears stamps of Rabbi Yechezkel Bennet, av”d S. Warhal, from the time that he served in the rabbinate there and as a dayan in Tolcsva . He was apparently the author of these glosses.
Rabbi Yechezkel Benet, av”d S. Warahal (1867-1913) was the grandson and disciple of the author of the
Kitzur Shulchan Aruch and
Shu”t Shevet Sofer and Rav Chaim TZvi Manheimer. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Glick, av”d Tolcsva, author of
Yad Yitzchak.
