On the ttile page of Tosfot Rabbeinu Peretz and on the preceding flyleaf, the stamp and handwritten signature of the Gaon Rabbi Asher Anschel Weiss. 

On the back flyleaf, the handwritten signature of Rabbi Asher Anschel's son, Rabbi Chaim Aharon Weiss. 

Rabbi Binyomin Pissarro, one of the sages of Italy and a wealthy philanthropist of Ferrara, A Mohel and Yereh Shamayim. His father was the Gaon Rabbi Mordechai Sholom Pissarro. 

Rabbi Asher Anschel Weiss [1882-1944] a disciple of Baal Arugat Habosem and of Rabbi Shmuel Zalman Weinberger Ab Beis Din of Margaretten. The Rav of Nușfalău since 1913 and for over thirty years. Owned a large collection of books. 

[2], 63 leaves. The last leaf is restored with paper and has many creases. The rest of the leaves are in very good condition.
