[2], 292 leaves. 29 cm. With an approbation by Rabbi Chaim Abulafia Av Beis Din of Izmir. At its end, a Psak Halacha on Charitzin Tefillin by Rabbi Raphael Trivish. Two missing leaves were completed with a photocopy. At the end of the book, leaves 293-394 [Siman 290-426] are missing. With erased owners' signatures and notations and with stamps of Rabbi Eliezer Silver, Rav of the union of communities of Springfield, Massachusetts

Renewed binding. Leaves 147-148 were completed with a photocopy. Many leaves at the end of the book are missing. Wear to the corners of the leaves at the beginning and end of the book. Stains. On leaf 249, a comment written on the margin of the leaf was cut. Fair-good condition.
