Historical! Shtar Tna'im Signed by Maran the Saba Kadisha of Vizhnitz - for the Marriage of His Sister of Sadigura
Shtar Tna'im and commitment signed by Maran the Saba Kadisha, the Ahavas Yisroel of Vizhnitz, sent to the Or Yisroel of Sadigura. In it, he undertakes the alimony of his sister and brother-in-law the Tzaddik Rav Rabbi Sholom Yosef of Sadigura Chernovich.
Important historical document signed by the Saba Kadisha the Ahavas Yisroel of Vizhnitz, taken upon himself the commitment of his father the Imrei Baruch of Vizhnitz to pay alimony to the couple - the Tzaddik rav Rabbi Sholom Yosef ben Rabbi Yisrael of Sadigura and the Rebbetzin Mrs. Sheindel, the daughter of the Imrei Baruch, after the passing of the Imrei Baruch.
The Ahavas Yosroel writes: 'מודה אני החתום מטה בחתימת ידי מלמטה שתעיד עלי כמאה עדים כשרים ונאמנים איך שאנכי הח"מ מחייב א"ע בקגא"ס'...לשלם לכ"ק מחו' וש"ב הרה"צ מו"ה ישראל שליט"א מסאדיגורא בעד המזונות של אחותי מ' שיינדיל תי' ובעלה הרב מו"ה שלום יוסף שליט"א סך עשרים רייניש לחודש.
The Ahavas Yisroel explicitly notes that he is voluntarily taking his father's commitment upon himself, ridding his father 'הרה"צ זלה"ה מהכתב התחייבות שנתן למחו' הרה"צ שליט"א בחתי"ק'.
