26, [1] leaves. 20 cm. Contains verses, Minshnayot, Mamarei Talmud and Zohar and prayers to be said before and after the Tikkun. With Pizmon by Rabbi Yaakov Elisha of Edomim. His name was erased and replaced by the handwritten name Shmuel Yitzchak Finzi. Taping on the last leaf, with text completed by hand.
Simple binding. Stains. the last leaf is taped to the back board. Moth holes. Fair condition.
