Mounted on the title page is a piece of paper with the stamp of the author, the Sdei Chemed, with a dedication: 'מזכרת אהבת דודים' למעלת תהלת עטרת ראש וצדיק תמים הרב הגדול מעוז ומגדל.. פאר הדור והדרו כקש"ת מאיר פאניז'ל נר"ו.
