Sha'ar Hayichudim, Tzaddik Yessod Olam and commentary on Sabbath songs. M.F. Poremba Press, Lemberg, 1855. with [2] handwritten leaves with a sermon by Rabbeinu Baruch Frankel, the author of Baruch Ta'am, from Shavu'os [1823].
[2], 43, [1], 47-58 leaves. Containing the Sha'ar Hayichudim [and Tikun HaOvonos, Anaf 4 and 3 of Sefer Pri Etz Chaim by Rabbi Chaim Vital, including Yichudim and amulets], Tzaddik Yessod Olam [commentary on Megilas Ruth with the text and a commentary on the Sabbath songs by the Ari [by Rabbi Yisroel Saruk]. Owner's signature on the title page "Yosef Yaakov ben Rabbi Yakir Bloch". With owner's stamps "Mendel Greenber". With [2] handwritten leaves of a sermon by the Barich Ta'am from 1823 on Dinei Bitul Ta'am Bedavar Shyesh loh Metirin. Some of these innovations were printed in Sefer Baruch Ta'am, Sha'ar Hata'arovos, chapters I-II. The printed version says "שוב ראיתי בצל"ח". This manuscript says "שוב ר' אמו"ר זצוק"ל בצל"ח", indicating that the writer of these leaves was a son or disciple of the Baruch Ta'am.
The revered Gaon, Rabbeinu the Baruch Ta'am of Leipnik (1760-1827), Posek Hora'ah, the in-law of Maran the holy Rav the Divrei Chaim of Sanz and the grandfather of the greatest Tzaddikim of Sanz including Maran the Sefas Emes and the dynasty of the Tzaddikim of Ger.
Simple binding, worn and partly detached. Satins and moth holes. The flyleaves with the manuscript were cut to be adjusted to the side of the book, affecting the text on their edges. Good condition.
