176 pp. With approbations by Rabbi Eliezer Don Yichyeh and Rabbi Yitzchak Tziyoni. 

No binding, stains, short tears to the edges of the leaves, the title page is partly detached, fair condition. 

* Beis Paga, Drushim for all year round, by Rabbi Moshe Shimon Zivitz, Rav in Pittsburg. The Solomon Brothers Press, Jerusalem [1904]. Single edition. 

[8], 193, [1] pp. Approbation by the Aderes, with a handwritten gloss. With engravings of Rachel's Tomb and the Cave of the Machpelah. 

Rabbi Moshe Shimon Zivitz (1855-1936) a leading disciple of Rabbi Eliezer Gordon. Received his rabbinic Semicha from his Rav and Rabbi Yitzchak Elchonon Spektor. Subsequent to a request of Rabbi Yitzchak Elchonon Spektor, he immigrated to the USA in 1886 and served as a Rav of the Bnei Yisroel community of Pittsburg and was an active member of the Union of Rabbis of the USA and Canada. Established a yeshiva in his hometown and authored many books including the Mashbi'ach commentary on the Yerushalmi Talmud. 

The front board is missing, the back board is partly detached, blemished spine and the book is divided into several gatherings, stains, fair condition.

Simple binding, blemishes and taping to the title page and the first leaf not affecting the text, stains, good condition.

104 leaves. Blemished and detached simple binding, blemished spine, the title page is detached and the book is divided into gatherings, moth holes, a blemish to the corner of the last leaf, fair condition.

[10]. 120, [2] pp. Stamp of Rabbi Yitzchak Klein Rosh Av Beis Din of Satmar. Approbations by the Ahavas Yisroel of Vizhnitz, the holy Rav Rabbi Chaim Meir, the holy Rav Menachem Mendel and Rosh Av Beis Din of Grosswardein. 

Rabbi Yitzchak ben Rabbi Yisroel Klein - a disciple of the Sheves Sofer and of Rabbi Eliezer Sussman Sofer inpaks. In 1902 was appointed Dayan in Satmar and between the World Wars, was appointed Rosh Av Beis Din of his community. Editor and publisher of the religious journals Ohel Yitzchak, Hamaggid and Oneg Shabbas. Author of Zichron Yisroel (Satmar, 1912) and Kol Chasan (Satmar, 1937). Published many innovations in the journals Vayelakes Yosef and Tel Talpiyos. Perished in the Holocaust. 

Simple binding with slight wear, moth holes, aging stains, fair-good condition.
