115; [1], 49 leaves, 19 cm. An additional title page for the section of Mitzvos Asseh. Owner's notation on the title page by Rabbi Menachem Mendele ben Rabbi Isaac Zamsht. With the illustration of the flowerbed belonging to Hilchos Kilayim. 


Rabbi Menachem Mendele ben Rabbi Isaac of Zamsht - a disciple of Rabbi Yisroel Lifshitz of Kliva, Dayan of the Beis Din of Rabbi Pinchas Halevi Ish Horowitz Gaon Av Beis Din of Frankfurt am Main and one of the heads of the Beis Midrash in his town, which was established in a house that was dedicated by the Naggid Rabbi Leib Reis. Later he served as Rosh Av Beis Din of the town. His Psakim were printed in issue 192 of Kerem Shlomo (Tamuz, 1996) and he is referred to in Sefer Or Ysiroel by his Rav. 


renewed semi-leather binding, stains, restored moth holes, restoration of the edges of the leaves in the section of Mitzvos Asseh, the last leaf was cut in its side during the binding, affecting the text, good condition.
