Sidrei Taharos, compilation of all Ma'amarei Chazal on Taharos, I-II, by the holy Rav the author of the Techeiles of Razdin. First edition. Josefow-Piotrkow, 1873-1903.

Sefer Sidrei Taharos, Yalkus al Seder Taharos [I-II, tractates Kelim and Ohalos], compiling all the Ma'amarim of the Sages on Taharos from the Bavli and Yerushalmi, Midrashim, Zohar and more. With two commentaris, by the Admor of Radzin, Rabbi Gershon Chanoch of Radzin- Izbitza. [I-II].

* Section I, Tractate Kelim, The press of the Shlomo Brothers and Baruch Zetzer and Yechezkel Rener, Josefow, 1873.

[5], 272 leaves, 37 cm. Leaf 271 was not printed. The last leaf with the map of the division of Eretz Yisroel into Tribes was bound before the last leaf.

* Section II, Tractate Ohalos, Shlomo Belchotovsky Press. Piotrkow, 1903.

[4], 268 [5] leaves, 35 cm.

In section I, owner's stamp "יואל בהה"צ זללה"ה" - the stamp of the holy Rav Rabbi Yoel Moskowitz of Schotz-Montreal.

Background: the author published a composition on Seder Taharos of the Mishna, whose page layout was similar to the Talmud Bavli.  This sefer caused a great controversy at the time, when many of Gedolei Hador objecting to this sefer fearing that with time it will be considered as a part of the Talmud Bavli. Therefore, the author printed the second section in a different layout, adding on top of each page the heading "Sefer Sidrei Taharos", and noting on the lower part of the pages that this is "compiled from the words of the Tana’im and the Amora’im". With this, the polemic calmed down.

This item is thus rare and unique, after the layout of the second section was altered due to the aforementioned controversy. It is accepted that this composition was actually done on the whole Seder Taharos; however, most of it was lost.

The holy Rav Rabbi Gershon Chanoch Henich author of the Techeiles of Radzin (1839-1980) author of Sefer MeihaShilo'ach. Was famed for refocusing the spotlight on the issue of the Ptil Techeiles. Was a renowned wonder-worker, sacred and pure man. Served the Admor of Radzin-Izbitza.

The holy Rav Rabbi Yoel Moskowitz (1907-1980), the Admor of Schotz-Montreal, the youngest son of the holy Rav Rabbi Meir the Admor of Schotz and the son-in-law  of his brother-in-law and cousin the holy Rav Rabbi Sholom Moskowitz, the Rav and Admor of Schotz. Rabbi Yosel served as Admor in London until 1949 and as Admor in Montreal until he immigrated to Jerusalem in 1968.
