Letter sent by the renowned holy Rav Rabbi Ben Zion of Bobov author of Kedushas Zion, one of the greatest Tzaddikim of the generation, with warm blessings for a speedy recovery and a happy New Year. Bobov, 1937. 


A letter with warm blessings, pleasantry and wonderous friendship written by the holy Rav Rabbi Ben Zion of Bobov 'To my friend the Chassid Rav wonderous in Torah and Yirah ... Yaakov Yisroel'. 

'I bless him with speedy recovery ... and may he merit a good and blessed year and his prayers be accepted by the Master of All ... Ketivah VeChatimah Tovah...'

The Kedushas Zion signed the letter with his handwritten signature. The letter bears the date 5 Tetzeh 1937 Bobov.


The holy Gaon the Kedushas Zion of Bobov [1874-1941] the Rav of thousands before World War II, leader of the Etz Chaim network of yeshivas whose Torah, sanctity and tunes were famed all around the world. Was the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Shlomo the first of Bobov the son-in-law of the holy Rav Rabbi Naftali of Melitz and by his second marriage, the son-in-law of his uncle the holy Rav Rabbi Sholom Eliezer of Ratzfert. Perished in the Holocaust.
