'Bnei Yisroel Turn Gashmiyus to Ruchaniyus'. Holy Letter by the Lubavitcher Rebbe Referring to the Hillula of the Besht

Holy letter that was sent to the senior Chassid Rabbi Menachem Yisroel Malov of Bnei Berak, with a detailed reference to the Hillula of 'Moreinu the Besht' on the 200th anniversary of his passing.

In the letter, whose content is good tidings meaning, as the Rebbe Rayatz had said, that Bnei Yisroel turn Gashmiyus to Ruchaniyus, the Rebbe writes that the saying of our rabbis our presidents means also 'giving power', especially when Yom Matan Torah is also the 200th Hillula day of the Ba'al Shem Tov, which in the year the letter was written, was on Wednesday, as when he had passed away: the day the lights were taken and the day the lights were hung.

The Rebbe ends the letter with a Ma'amar of the Besht about 'Ki Tireh Chamor Azov Ta'azov'.

The Rebbe's signature appears on the letter as well as two lines handwritten by the Rebbe himself with blessings to see Naches from the writer's daughter.

After the signature, lines were added of mentioning all those refered to in the letter of the sender at the gravesite and the Rebbe's instruction regarding the fast of the 17th of Tamuz - that a local Rav should be asked and close to the time of the fast.

[1]] silk paper, the Rebbe's official stationery. 28X22 cm. Filing perforations, Stains. Good-very good condition.
