At the beginning of the letter, which was sent to Menachem Malov - an important Chassid of Bnei Berak - the Rebbe refers to the distribution of Judaism.

Later, he writes that a time of heavenly mercyת everyone will be mentioned at the gravesite.

At the end, the Rebbe doubles his blessings for an timely and easy labor and delivery.

After the Rebbe's signature, he added 8 lines explaining the not saying of 'Uvenucho Yomar' in the Siddur of the Admor HaZaken. The Rebbe says he has not heard of this but explains the matter. This passage also includes words handwritten by the Rebbe himself.
