Naftali Hirtz Grois Man Press, Lvov, [1809-1810]. First edition.

60, 72; [4], 81, 85-129 leaves. some of the paper is bluish, 37 cm. Several handwritten editings inside the Sefer. Owner's signatures on the title page: Rabbi "Moshe Ginz Kloisner Hamburg", "Akiva Schlesinger", owner's stamp "Yitcahk Meir ben Rabbi Yeshaya Segal Prives, Warsaw".

The Gaon Rabbi Moshe Ginz [Schlesinger] Kloisner - passed away in 1858, the son of the Gaon Rabbi Simcha Bonem Ginz Eiger Av Beis Din of Tarstorf, a disciple of his Gaon uncle Rabbi Akiva Eiger. Assisted in the preparing for printing much of the Torah of his uncle, Rabbi Akiva Eiger, as indicated on the foreword of "Drush VeChidush". Is referred to dozens of times in the writings of Rabbi Akiva Eiger and the Chassam Sofer. The father of the Gaon Rabbi Akiva Schlesinger.
Rabbi Yitzchak Meir ben Rabbi Yeshaya Segal Prives (1880-1043) a renowned philanthropist and Chassid, merchant and one of the wealthy leaders of the Chassidic community of Warsaw, an active member of the world executive committee of Agudas Yisroel in Warsaw. Perished in the Warsaw Ghetto.
