Tzror HaChaim, Chidushei Sugyot and Chidushei Halachot by Rabbi Shmuel Shmelka Klein. Munkacs, 1876. First edition. Owner signatures. [10], 94, [3] leaves, 35 cm. Rabbi Shmuel Shmelka Klein [1805-1875] was a prominent Hungarian rabbi. He was a rabbi in Chust and Salaj. Many notes and signatures from Hungarian rabbis on the title page and following leaf. Including notes from the Friedman family, possibly including a note from the author’s son, Rabbi Pinchas Chaim, who published the book. Magnificent leather binding. Blemish to the title page and blemish with loss to the last leaf of the errata.
