Halachic responsum by the Admor Rabbi Yechezkel Lifshitz Halberstam of Stropkow regarding "Libun Kli." The answer was sent to the young Zvi Meir Foigel, Jerusalem, 1964.

Admor of Stropkow Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Lifshitz Halberstam (1908 - 1994), son of Rebbe Yissachar Dov Lifshitz of Ungvar. Lost his wife and six children in the Holocaust. After the war he served as the rabbi of the Bamberg and Franconia DP camps. He founded the "She'erit Hapleita" Yeshiva in Bamberg. One of the greatest rebbes in Jerusalem, author of the Divrei Yechezkel Shraga Responsa, and Divrei Yechezkel Shraga. Halacha, Drosh and Agada, the third Admor of Stropkow and the founder of Stropkow Chasidut in Eretz Israel.
