The figure of a boy laying tefillin, and the verse "thirteen years old for the commandments" (Avot 5:24) in Hebrew and English.
Reverse:
The symbol of the state, and the twelve symbols of the tribes. Around "The Year of the State of Israel" in Hebrew, and "Bar Mitzva for the State of Israel" in English.
Scope:
State emblem and the words "State of Israel" in Hebrew and English. "Silver 935" and in English "Sterling".
