1. Made by hand and by machine from blue cloth, with gilded decorations. The origin of the juma is the royal garb worn by kings and their helpers in the area, like the Amir of Bukhara, which became a tradition. The juma is worn at special events like family simchas. In the past it was worn as a jacket for festive events, but now it is worn in only part of the event, mainly during dancing. There is a belief that whoever wears a juma at a happy event will have a happy event happen to him 2. Juma made of cotton and silk fabric, with stripes in a variety of colors. Generally good condition.
