Share certificate by "Otzar Geula, Jewish folk cooperative association – Sofia". Sofia (Bulgaria), February 24, 1939. Hebrew and Bulgarian.
Certificate of 2 shares, "one hundred lev each". Decorative frame with the symbols of the 12 tribes and vegetal motifs. Bearing the company's ink-stamp and two (cut) stamps.
The Otzar Geula Bank was founded in Sofia in 1921, was nationalized in 1941 and operated again after WWII until it was renationalized.
28X38 cm. Good-fair condition. Folding marks and creases. Closed and open tears to edges. Stains.
