Large Collection of Haggadahs - Israel Defense Forces
50 haggadahs printed for the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces. 1949 - c. 1990s.
Highlights: the first haggadah published by the IDF for the first Pesach in the young State of Israel - published by Levine Epstein (Pesach 1949), an interesting haggadah with commentary by the IDF Chief Rabbi Yisrael Weiss with photographs of fighters at battle, Halachah K'Sidrah haggadah with questions and answers on the issues of the holiday in the IDF, Maabadot L'Cherut for the civilian working in the IDF, many 'uniform text' haggdahs, haggadahs by the chief military rabbinate, and more.
There are a number of copies of some of the haggadahs. Overall fine condition.
