Dr. Efraim Azriel Shach (1930, 2011) was an educator, the darling of Jerusalem, the son of Rabbi Elazar Menachem of Shach.
He was a rabbi in the South African Voicemail, the director of the Hillel School in Ottawa, and an educator at the Yeshiva Delftabush, New York. He was a member of the Rabbinical Association of the United States and a member of the board of the Hebrew Teachers' Union in the United States.
