Background: It has been clarified that the editor of this Chiddushei HaRitva was also the editor of the famed Sha'ar HaShamayim prayer book by the Shl"ah. Rabbi Avraham Horowitz, edited the siddur from beginning to end, and added tens/hundreds of prayers, supplications, commentaries and halachot. He designated the prayer text.

Signed by the son of Rabbi Menachem Mendel, son of Rabbi Yisrael – brother of famed Admor Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Kotzk. He was also the son-in-law of Admor Chanoch Henoch HaKohen [Levin] of Alexander [Refer to the introduction of his work Meah Shearim, Warsaw 1912, from the signer's son.]
Condition: Fine-very fine. Aging stains. Simple binding.
