Official letter sent by "Dvir" Company Ltd. (Publishing House) to the author and scholar Avraham Kahana. Signed by hand by Haim Nachman Bialik and by Yehoshua Hana Ravnitzky. Tel-Aviv, April 29, 1930.
Letter to the author and scholar Avraham Kahana asking him to send materials for publication in the anthology "Reshumot" ("anthology for Jewish memoires, ethnography and folklore") published by "Dvir".
A mimeographed letter on official letterhead of "Dvir" ["The 'Dvir' Company Ltd. (Publishing House)"]. The letter is signed by hand by Haim Nachman Bialik and Yehoshua Hana Ravnitzky, among the founders of this publishing house. Kahana's name was added in handwriting.
[1] leaf, approx. 22.5X18.5 cm. Good condition. Folding marks and slight creases. Some stains.
Enclosed: the envelope in which the letter was sent (official envelope of "Dvir" publishing) and a promotional leaflet for "Reshumot" anthology.
