The writings of Rabbi Mordechai Yaffe, Ba`al HaLevushim, on the Shulchan Aruch, Vincia, 1620.
An ancient and magnificent edition of the Sifrei HaLevushim, printed a few years after the death of the author. This edition was printed under the supervision of Rabbi Yehuda Aryeh of Modena. In the preface he writes that he mentioned in the framework of customs that are not practiced in Spain and Italy, although the author brought them as simple because it was customary in Ashkenaz.
In the Orach Chaim section there is a faded owner's signature and owner's stamp - Rabbi Ben-Zion Wazel: (in Yiddish spelling: Wazel, 1864-1938) was the rabbi of Torda in Transylvania for thirty-six years. Served as President of the Bureau of Orthodox Communities in Transylvania. In the section of Yoreh De'ah [in the gate of mud and crimson], important signatures "I am the youngest Salem Behar Yihya al-Maswari I bought him in the city of Baghdad, blessed be He. Entire copies are filled with booklets and glosses in ancient Italian handwriting, bound in half-leather binding. 
About 33 cm, four gates. 
Condition: New half leather covers. Stains of time, very few moth holes, some of Orach Chaim, first few leaves, and part of Yoreh De'ah, last page of book, restored. Generally Very Good .
