Mandate period.
Dr. Abraham Albert Ticho (1883 - 1960) was an ophthalmologist in the Yishuv during the British Mandate and the first decade of the state, the husband of painter Anna Ticho.
Condition: Good , a filing hole in one of the tickets, and a slight tear almost missing on the second card.
