A Collection of Books with Rabbinic Signatures, Stamps and Dedications

A collection [12] of books with signatures, stamps and dedications of great Rabbis, 19th century and early 20th century. 

1. Ohalei Shem, by Rabbi Shlomo Ganzfried. Ungvar, 1878. Stamp of Rabbi Yehoshua Segal Deutsch (1910-1990), author of 'Beit Halachmi', son of the Rabbi of Mako Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Deutsch and son-in-law of Rabbi David Sperber Av Beit Din of Brasov. Served as Rabbi of Brasov and in various congregations abroad. He was connected to the Rebbes of Vizhnitz and Belz. After the Holocaust, he immigrated to Jerusalem and was appointed as Av Beit Din of Katamon. He was the first Rosh Yeshiva of the Belz yeshiva in the Land of Israel. Creases and tears on several leaves. 

2. Toseftot on the order of Moed with the commentary T'chelet Mordechai part one, by Rabbi Mordechai Ish Shalom Friedman. Paks, 1898. Stamp of Rabbi Mordechai Ish Shalom author of the book and Rabbi Shmuel Gross, Rosh Yeshiva in Berbești and Carola. He was the Rabbi of Satmar chassidim. Author of "Aleh Shmuel". Murdered in the Holocaust.

3. Chiddushei Riach part one, by Rabbi Yehoshua Chaim Epstein. Vilna, 1890. Among the writers of the approbations: the Netziv of Volozhin, Rabbi Shmuel Moholiver, Rabbi Yechiel Michel HaLevi Epstein. A handwritten dedication by the author of the book to Rabbi Tanchum Av Beit Din of Dvorets. 

4. Nitei Ne'emanim, by Rabbi Chaim Yaacov Slotzki. Vilna, 1836. Ownership inscription of Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Pearlman, one of the sages of Jerusalem, a disciple of the 'Imrei Binah' and author of the books 'Yad Eliyahu' - a compilation of gems from the teachings of the Vilna Gaon and more. Ownership inscription of his son, Rabbi Eliyahu Baruch Pearlman, served as Rosh Yeshiva in the Manischewitz yeshiva in Jerusalem. Several scholarly comments in pencil.  

5. Responsa Maharan Yaffe, by Rabbi Menachem Nachum Yaffe. Vilna, 1870. A dedication to Rabbi Yehoshua Meir Reichman, one of the heads of Agudat Yisrael, one of the founders of the Etz Chaim yeshiva and the Bikur Cholim hospital. Stains and wear. 

6. Pardes Rimonim, by Rabbi Shem Tov Ibn Shafrut. Zhitomir, 1866. Ownership inscription of Rabbi Mordechai Friedman of Mezeritch. 

7. Zvi Chemed, by Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Friedman. New York, 1924. Stamp of Rabbi Yehoshua Segal Deutsch. Ownership inscription of Rabbi Yisrael Efraim Fischel Sofer. 

8. Tana D'Bei Eliyahu Zuta. Sudilkov, 1834. Stamp of Rabbi Yitzchak Vidler. Rabbi of Komarówka - a suburb of Minsk. Author of the book 'Hadar Yitzchak'. 

9. Commentary on Ethics of the Fathers, by the Ya'avetz. Warsaw, 1880. Stamp of Rabbi Pinchas Aharon Nimensky, one of the sages of Uman, author of the book 'Zikaron Devarim'. 

10. Kol Yaacov, by Rabbi Yaacov Chaim Sofer, Jerusalem, 1910. Stamp of Rabbi Yehoshua Segal Deutsch.

11. Brichei Hazman, by Rabbi Baruch Benedict Glicksman. Lodz, 1928. Ownership inscription of Rabbi Shlomo Zilberstein of Lodz. 

12. Torat Yechezkel, by Rabbi Yechezkel Segal. Paks, 1899. Stamp of Rabbi Shalom Guttman (1867-1929), a Torah scholar and known for his piety. Rabbi of Jasi in Romania for over thirty years, and later Rabbi of the Givat Aliya neighborhood of Jaffa. A scion of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berdichev and author of his biography in his book 'Tiferet Beit Halevi'.
