Two Rare Shana Tova Postcards and a "Prize." Germany and Austria, Start of the 20th Century

Two rare Shana Tova postcards and a "prize." Germany and Austria, start of the 20th century.

* "L'Shana Tova Tikatevu" postcard, published by the Wiener Werkstate, printed in Austria. Postcards made by the Vienna Workshop between 1907-1918 were designed by the leading artists of the time [Kokoschka and Egon Schiele] and are considered the most prominent and most beautiful art-nouveau postcards.

* Shana Tova postcard with a unique designed relief - a floral chariot driven by a pair of birds - the relief and filling is in gold ink. Printed in Germany. Posted in 1912.

* Rare "prize" - a boy and girl sitting on a wooden chair. The girl is holding a basket of flowers and there is an umbrella above their heads. Hebrew text, "L'Shana Tova." Made in Germany independently - not as part of a series.

Overall very fine condition.
