Binding, cover page, and a number of the first and last pages are missing. Stamps of ownership. Moth marks. Professional repairs to some of the pages. The copy before us has 345 pages, starts on page 5 and ends on 350 (the original has 357 pages. 25cm. Generally ok to good condition.
