A very rare letter by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson of Lubavitch. 1951

A very rare letter from the Lubavitcher Rebbe. Which was written during the twilight period between the death of his father-in-law, the Rietz [10], and his official coronation as the Rebbe [the first anniversary of the death of his father-in-law]. The letter was printed on a sheet of paper, not on official stationery (which apparently did not exist yet). The letter is typed on a typewriter, and its last lines and signature are printed in a different manner, and were probably written by the Rebbe himself. Another unique feature of this letter is the signature of the Rebbe on his behalf and his mother's name.   24 x 17 cm Folding marks, tiny holes. General condition: Very good.
