Certificate of the Golden Book of the Jewish National Fund, given to the Dutch people "for their strong and courageous steadfastness". Jerusalem 1974. "Copy" – that is, a copy that had been made those days parallel to the certificate given to the representative of the Dutch people. The details were filled in by hand. With the signature of Ya'akov Tzur.
The size of the certificate itself: 35 cm. attached to it is a printed cover leaf of the same size.
Nice, impressive certificate of the Golden Book of the Jewish National Fund. On its lower part, the name of the person recorded in the book and signatures (Hebrew and English) of Menachem Ussishkin, the chairman of the Jewish National Fund. Jerusalem 1929. Extremely rare!
The certificate was given to Dr. Moshe Umansky (for his parents) "the founder and president of the Zionist Association of Leeds". He was one of the first Zionists and Hebrew-lovers in Britain.
36 cm. the certificate is glued onto cardboard.
Condition: Good. The margins are slightly worn. Flaws on the reverse side of the cardboard
