Will and Testament Copied by Hand by Rabbi David Papo Author of "Pnei David"
Two full pages of a last will and testament handwritten by Rabbi David Papo author of the "Pnei David" Responsa.
The will is of a Yemen Jew who lived in Jerusalem and it is signed (copied) by three of the Yemen rabbis: Rabbi Yitzchak ben Yitzchak Ha'Cohen, Rabbi Shilo Yosef and Rabbi Meshumar ben Rabbi Shmuel Nissim.
The will was printed in the Pnei David Responsa, Siman 19. The copying before us is in the handwriting of Rabbi David Papo, most likely in preparation for its printing.
A leaf written on both its sides. 20.5x26 cm.
Condition: Good. Filing holes.
