Hundreds of copperplate engravings depicting the wars of the Jews and Jewish history. In addition to a large, impressive copperplate engraving, 38x32 cm., made entirely of 16 miniatures of the work in the Holy Temple. In addition to three large, folded maps that are not listed by Laor:
1. Carte de la Terre Sainte. Map of the Holy Land. 37x32 cm.
2. Carte des Quatre Grandes Monarchies. Map of the four great monarchies. Large-long 32x70 cm.
3. Iter Per Desertum Nec. Map of the Israelites' journey in the Sinai Desert and the tribal division of the land. 28x32 cm. By Pazzi Giuseppe.
Original, impressive leather binding with gold embossing. Repair to the joint in the front cover and spine. Minimal light worming marks on the binding [not affecting the book]. Artistic, colored cut leaves. Repaired tear in the original fold of the copperplate engraving with the miniatures. Other than the binding, the book is in very fine condition.
