* Commercial token of Jewish merchant Reuben Josephs from Tasmania, Australia, 1855. 28 mm. diameter. Illustration of a house and yard on the obverse, with the text "New Town Toll Gate". The reverse depicts a woman holding a scale with the text "Van Diemen's Land" (nickname for Tasmania). New Town is a suburb of Tasmania. Fine condition.
* Copper token, apparently for a Jewish charity organization from Odessa, Ukraine, 19th century. 19 mm. diameter. One side features a nice relief of a swan within a dotted circle, the reverse features the number 3 surrounded by text in Ukrainian. [Charity campaign, Balta]. Balta is a city in the Odessa district, Ukraine. Rubbed edges. VF.
