Novella on Shulchan Oruch, Even Ha’Ezer authored by R. Pinchos Ha’Levy Horowitz.
R. Pinchos Ha’Levy Horowitz (1730- 1805) was one of the most prominent disciples of the Magid of Mezritch. He served as Rav in various communities including Vitkova, Lechowitz and most notably Frankfurt. He was renowned as a great Rav and Posek as well as a prolific writer and is often known as “The Haflo’ah” after his sefer on Tractate Kesubos. His most notable disciple was the Chasam Sofer, who wrote a warm introduction to this sefer.
