He served as the official policy manager of Agudat Yisrael of Jerusalem. Addressed to Rabbi Shlomo Roth. Jerusalem 1923, on the official stationery of the committee of Irgun Ha'Pekidim Ve'Ha'Amrakalim of Jerusalem.
