On the leaves after the title page, eleven approbations by important Rebbes and rabbis, including Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev, who, when passing through Lvov, approbated the book, at the request of the author's son.
The author, Rabbi Binyamin ben Rabbi Aharon, the "Maggid of Zalozce", one of the greatest disciples of the Ba'al Shem Tov and the Maggid of Mezeritzch. Authored the books "Torei Zahav" - Derashot on the Torah and the five scrolls, "Amtachat Binyamin" - on Kohelet, "Chelek Binyamin" - on the Passover Haggadah.
There are two stamps in the book of "Kloiz kadisha of the Rebbe of Mielnica".
The Rebbe, Rabbi Shalom Yosef Friedman of Mielnica, the son of Rabbi Menachem Nachum Dobver Friedman. Lived in Mielnica and Lemberg.

Condition: Good-Fair. Some of the leaves of the book, especially the first and last, are in fair condition due to moth holes and wear; yet these leaves are professionally restored. There are some omissions of words. New, impressive leather binding.
