On the leaf before the title page, in Hebrew and English: "Souvenir Presented in Gratitude to the Patronizers and Supporters of the TALMUD-TORAH & ETZ-HAIM COLLEGE and the BICUR-CHOLIM-HOSPITAL at Jerusalem".
On the cloth binding, the same version of the Hebrew "Minchat Zikaron" was printed and at the bottom of the page, an illustration of the "Etz Chaim" Yeshiva.
On the left side of the binding, "Minchat Zikaron" was printed in English, with an illustration of the "Bikkur Cholim" hospital.
All the pages of the book are framed.
