Sha'arei Teshuvah - Jerusalem, 1893 - The Only Book Printed by the Zisserman Printing Press! - Rare!

Sha’arei Teshuva, by Rabbenu Yonah Gerondi. Jerusalem, 1893. “In the printing press of Rabbi Avraham Zvi Zisserman and partners”. On the book’s title page is printed: “We acquiesced to the many requests to print the book Sha’arei Teshuva…and we removed the many errors found in the first Sha’arei Teshuva, by proofreading it accurately”.
At that time, approximately ten printing presses were active in Jerusalem. Dozens of books were printed in each one. However, before us is an extremely unique phenomenon: the book before us is the only one (!) printed in the printing press of Rabbi Avraham Zvi Zisserman! This is an important and special item in the history of the Hebrew printing press! We are not aware of another printing press in Israel - at least during that period - which only printed one book!
