Until now, we have known of only four books that were printed in Suvalk - three of them were printed during the years 1862-1863 and one was printed in 1925.
Now we have discovered a Book of Psalms that was also printed in Suvalk, a book which had been unknown until now.
The book does not appear in the National Library and is bibliographically unknown.
On the title page of the book it was written: "Printed here in Suvalk as was printed in Redelheim in 5623 [1863]". The letters of the word "Redelheim" were emphasized.
135 leaves.
Small, wide format. 13x10 cm.
Condition: Good. Stains of use on the margins. The margins of the last leaves are worn. Worn binding. The back binding is missing.
