The book "Tuv Ta'am" which includes hundreds of entries of the logical basis for verses of the bibles, Aggadot by the Sages, the logical basis of customs and rules, glosses on the Zohar and completion for the book "Zikaron La'Nefesh". By Rabbi Avraham Dayan, one of the rabbis and Dayanim of Aleppo.

The manuscript is actually in preparation for the book "Tuv Ta'am", which was printed by the author's son in Livorno, 1864.
The entries of the manuscript are not organized according to a specific order. Before the printing, of course, the author ordered the book according to the order of the Parashiyot, later alphabetically and then according to the order of Nevi'im and Ketuvim and the tractates of the Shas. To the best of our knowledge, the manuscript contains complete passages which do not appear in the printed book.
Rabbi Avraham Dayan (died in 1877) was born to his father Rabbi Yesha'ayahu Ha'Dayan, one of the rabbis of Aleppo. Authored ten important books: "Shir Chadash" on Tehillim, the "Poel Tzeddek" responsa and "Va'Yosef Avraham" among them as well as other manuscripts.
63 leaves handwritten on both sides of the leaf. 14.5 cm.
Condition: Good. Healthy leaves. Stains. The binding and many leaves are detached.
