Banknote that was Given as a Segulah by the Rebbe the "Biet Yisrael" of Gur to the Rebbe Rabbi Yochanan Twersky of Tolna -Extraordinary and Extremely Rare!
Banknote of a hundred Israeli Lirot, which was given as a Segulah for protection and success by the Rebbe Rabbi Yisrael Alter the "Beit Yisrael" of Gur to the Rebbe Rabbi Yochanan Twersky of Tolna.
Extremely rare! A Segulah!
On the banknote, the Rebbe of Tolna wrote: "Admor Mi'Gur Shalita Rosh Chodesh Tamuz 5728 [1968]".
Eventually, the Rebbe of Tolna gave the banknote to the Hassid Rabbi Ya'akov David Weintraub. The banknote is placed in an envelope on which Rabbi Weintraub wrote: "I Have Received from the Rebbe of Tolna Shalita … who had received it for success by the Rebbe Shalita of Gur".
Added is a letter of recommendation for charity to dower a bride in the handwriting and with the signature and stamp of the Rebbe Rabbi Yochanan Twersky, from the eve of Sabbath Parashat Korach, given to rabbi Weintraub.
Condition of banknote and envelope: Good. Folding marks and stains.
Condition of letter: Very Good.
