Letter of Good Wishes Hand-Signed by the Rebbe Rabbi Meshulem Feish Segal of Tosh

Letter of good wishes for the book "Alim La'Trufah" by Rabbi Aharon Blum, hand-signed by the Rebbe Rabbi Meshulam Feish Segal of Tosh, "the year of 5747 (1987) here in Kiryat Tosh … Canada".
In the letter, the Rebbe writes: "and as regards his request to approbate his book, I do not usually give approbations but I want to encourage him and wish him that his springs be dispersed abroad to merit the many".

Rabbi Meshulam Feish Segal Lowy, the Rebbe of Tosh (1922-2015), son of the Rebbe Rabbi Mordechai, grandson of Rabbi Meshulam Feish Segal Lowy of Tosh (the first) came to Montreal in 1951 and founded in 1963 the "Beit Ha'Levi" neighborhood of the Tosh Hassidism. He was known for his long prayers and devoted God worship. Some of his teachings were printed in the books of "Avodat Avodah".
