A postcard with the picture of Herzl which was sent by post from the 15th Zionist Congress, Basel 1927. The postcard was specifically issued in honor of the Zionist Congress, and it is stamped with a special postmark in honor of the Zionist Congress: ‘ZIONEISTEN CINGRESS BAZEL”.
